Tara JacekI love it! I\'m so glad I was able to inspire you. Making the posetr was fun and I enjoyed it. I hope I was enough help when you were asking for advice. I didn\'t want to push you one way or another because knowing what _you_ want is so important. I didn\'t want to influence you into something you wouldn\'t be happy with. I\'m so glad we connected! Thank you for reaching out to me.

Hi Valerie! #10 I want to know about your experience. Write fast! :p Am back to rinidg a bike. Yes, driving myself to work is better than taking a cabbie. But if I should take a taxi, it\'s Vinasun or Mai Linh.#12 come back here ( ,) #14 I\'ve only been to Hanoi once so all the things above is more accurate in Saigon than in Hanoi. ( ,) Turn the lights on hun! :p

Let\'s talk sometime, I was there in 1970 and 2009 .. I have a blog if you are insetetred. One comment. Americans Americanize Vietnamese names Sai Gon, Ha Noi, Da Nang are two words, I use them in my writing that way and when ever I talk to my Vietnamese friends Just a suggestion. If you want to share stories, I am at . Thanks

and I were impressed with your input. It\'s relaly good to know how certain things are different between the north and the south. The language difference ( pronunication/accent) is the funniest one. On my attempts to call students by their Vietnamese names, I often get corrected for saying /y/ or /d/ for Duong\' and we all laugh about it. Vietnam is so rich in culture!

About number 13, I think some pploee might correct you by saying that Nguyen is only the last name, but what you wrote is accurate. When being the last name, Nguyen is Nguye1bb85n. If it\'s Nguyc3aan or Nguye1bb87n, it can be a first name. And yes, Nguye1bb85n is the most popular last name in Vietnam.

In the north, to be polite I\'d call you chi (sis) co or bac (~ aunt) or ba (madam) if you look much older than me, or ban (you/friend) if you are aruond the same age or younger (without knowing your real age). Em maybe used to refer yourself when talking with friends, or talking to older people, or talking to guests/customers (in the south).

I guessed it would be more simliar there to Spain, which I recently visited for the first time. I was shocked because around 2 or 3pm, the whole city (the capital) shuts down and I couldn\'t even do grocery shopping at the big supermarket!I think it\'s healthy though, in Vietnam. It\'s so hot at that time and you have just eaten lunch. It\'s hard to do any work in that state.

Update on my original post (where\'d it go?), where I was uwlmrnhedeed by the results. We took the leftovers, cut them into florets, drizzled them with olive oil, and roasted some more. This time - awesome! While the presentation was not as impressive as roasting it whole, I think I\'d make it the latter way again in the future.

My husband and I tried your repice this weekend. He loves cauliflower, while I tolerate it. We marinated overnight and it came out very nicely. I think next time we\'ll marinate longer and cut it into slices. I think tandoori cauliflower would would make an awesome burger or wrap. Thanks for a lovely preparation.

Sarah, after flirting with this repice for a while I had to come here and tell you our date last night was awesome! I hadn\'t prepared it so far because of the time it takes marinating and roasting but yesterday I got home unusually early and thought \"there\'s a cauliflower in the freedge, there\'s yoghurt and tandoori spice mix (always) so yay, there\'s time to prepare Sarah B\'s cauliflower\" Delicious and practical, loved it. Yesterday I ate half of it as an entree alongside a leek , pumpking and beet soup. And today the other half will be eaten alongside lebanese style brown rice and lentils. Thank you so much --Leticia
